My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now? 

This is likely due to an undeliverable address or the package refused/returned. Once we receive notice that the order has arrived back at the facility, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed and ask for an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. We will apply new shipping charges for orders that are returned or had an incorrect address originally provided. 

 

What if the product is damaged in the mail? 

Please email us at loveoverallbrand@gmail.com for instructions on how to proceed. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you. 

 

What if the order is lost in the mail? 

Please email us at loveoverallbrand@gmail.com for instructions on how to proceed. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. 

 

We will ask for you to verify your shipping address and additional information provided by your local post office. 

 

Please keep in mind that if tracking information states that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, we are not held responsible and will not reship that order. Under these circumstances, you are responsible for replacement at your own expense. 

 

What happens if a package wasn't delivered but the tracking states that it was? 

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, we will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. 

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location. Under these circumstances, please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." 

If you are unable to locate the package, please email us at loveoverallbrand@gmail.com for reshipment. We are not currently able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers. 

 

Does your clothing include sizing for both men and women? 

All of our clothing products are unisex except for the t-shirts. We offer unisex and women’s for t-shirts. 

 

When will my product be shipped? 

Once you place an order, it takes between 2-7 business days to print and fulfill your order. On average, the shipping time is four (4) business days after fulfillment -- depending on the delivery destination. 

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.  

Please send an email to loveoverallbrand@gmail.com to notify us of any damaged or defective products and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.  

If you make any return, which does not comply with the return policies, you will be responsible for fulfillment costs and chargeback handling fees (up to $15 USD per chargeback).  

 

Wrong Address -If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

 

Unclaimed -Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
